Chance of village LS (Lawspeaker)

Hey guys. Need some help.
We got one village LS who is not coming back to game and refusing to give his rights to another person. We cannot kill him as he is offline and we got "Visitor" debuff. Is there any option to change LS with out current LS ?

Bash the village idol then build again

If we bush down idol , in that case what happens with v.banner's they will remain and be still on same place and we can use them when build up new v.idol ? or we would need to destroy all banner's and rebuild them as well ?

They have to be removed. When you break an idol, all associated authority objects lose any reference to what they were connected to.
