Best farming food to get energy?

So since i finally got iron i been mining the shit out of my cave and from many caves i have found (yeah if you lost a few master keys and many ore you have in you cave i have taken for reasons)

But that has make me taking a lot of water and after i get to certain level i cant mine anymore unlees i eat

thanks haven i farmed a lot of carrots and my explorer still not has enough percepcion LoL but i wont be able eat carrots forever

So that is why i planted a lot of Giant Pumpkin cause all my chars has 10 of constitution -_- so i think i will spaming pumpkin until my chars can survive at last 1 cave in and a lot of constitution will be nice when i am luring beasts to my pali cage were i trow rocks until they die (i am thinking in give a chance to the wlarus last time almost kill me i dint knew they were faster on water -_- )

Anyways my main goal now is get a food that gives a lot of energy so i can keep mining

i really dont know why as i already get enoug to make steel axe and showel but i like mininig and more when is in mines that are already taken but no one is close to see what i am doing LoL

So any tip? which could be the best food i can get farming that gives a lot of energy and is quick?

Anything you bake, anything you can fry, etc. Eating raw ingredients is just painful.

Steak and tubers are easy to make and 800 energy a pop!

now that you say i have way too much of that thing and chikend meat i just need a frying pan that i can make now

thanks a lot i will able get rid of a lot of crap and get a lot of energy

and yeah i was thinking in making bread but is painfull slowly -_- but thanks steak and tuber will be the most easy as i got PILES of thhat thing and meat that i dont like anymore

Frog legs and rats are pretty good early-game energy food. You can easily refil your hunger to 10k with one trip to the swamp.

the swamp more close is using a teleport that is a lot of far i use it only for curios but for food? na that is why i was thinking in farming

Just spawn an alt with your auth and subsribed account.
Craft a shitton of int food and then feed it with curios.
In less than a week you will have a char ready to mine with all the expected habilities.
Just switch your main to your alt and alternate when mining so you never go down 300℅ or 200℅
If you have acces to the 4 drinks play with that to lower satiations. You better have teammates crafting the food and some symbel.
Meat and tubers give a nice amount of energy. Rats 2.
Play with satitions.

if i made a alt wiht a lot of int and feed curios will have enough learnign points to maybe dont mine fast but will able get the best materials at the best levels so the another chars that have dexterety and so on can craft stuff

i understand yeah you are right from that way will be more easy than the zizag way that i am doing now xD

My farmer get stronger as fuck and smart as hell but has low exploration adn percepcion

My explorer has a lot of percepcion and exploration and survival and still is getting fucking animals lvl 10 -_- (bunnys casue is so weak i cant hunt)

and yes i am alone so i dont have teammates so i have to this alone
