village vs claim?

Postby r21187 » Wed Mar 15, 2017 11:04 pm

so i have my main land a nice place quite far from everything

but cost me a quite to keep expanding but i dont mind my farmer only farms

but i was thinking

is not more easy to make a village?

i mean keep expanding to get more land to get more farming so i can have more carrots will take me like another 30k or more -_-

but what confuses me is that "drains 5000 dialy"

what?! how i can keep up with that? how i gain autority?

i am afraid that i will try to get a village and lost al lp as i was able to get enough autority to keep it

so what i do? i keep my village claim slowly increasing to get a continental carrots farm

or should i try to get a village? but how i get autority to dont loss the village?

have in mind that i am hermit and i playing this all alone and have no idea of how use bots or anything so i wont have the option of another player help me

village is easy but need 20cloth to expand area (100flax or 120hemp) by 31x31 with center inside village area (can go into mine but not out of mine). dont worry about authority unless you play casually with one character

just 'generate' about 20k lp per day and you won't have any trouble unless you expand a lot. don't forget to give 'privileges' to other members also

GEnerate 20 lp at day? omg the only way i think i can archive that is make another alts make some crime and then make them study a lot and let them inside the paly O.o

i play with one character all days doing stuff like mining farming mostly did you think will i have troubles keeping the autority so wont decrease so much?

A) Village (and realm) claims can only go down. That's what the poster above was trying to say about claims

B) Village authority gains are boosted by the character's INT and CHA scores. (pretty sure it's still both... it is at least INT at a multiplier scale just like quality.)

so the only way to gain autority is by gaining learning points more daily than what is drain right?

i have a personal claim that i expand the double and got to the half of autority

took like 5 days or more to be full again

was cause i was gaining lp or cause autority in personal claims increase alone?

could i create a village claim and then slowly regain to full and keep full or you think i wont be able get enough lp to have autority retaured?

currently i use 2 characters with study desks and village authority is going up slowly but not decreasing too much on days i don't play. only one banner so far e.o

about 500-1000 lph according to amber's custom client. this is with low tier characters though, 50/30 int and 25/15 cha

it's lp, not experiences/exp so it's somewhat easier

Village claim is better because you can easily claim large areas and underground levels too.
It does not take your own LP to increase authority. You keep it all to yourself. But when you gain some LP, village gains some authority too. And authority gained by village increases with your charisma and intelligence.
You can afford village even on early stages if you play every day. Go for it, I play alone too and have no troubles with it.

As for 20k lp per day. Gain 50 int as soon as possible. Make study table and fill it with seers bones, dragonflies, still lifes, bark boats, straw dolls, seers bowls. Those are basic curiosities with great LP/h ratio.
