...Okay so before i actually decide to post this i went around and tested all kinds of fruit. NOTHING works (haven't tried apples yet) but blueberries, pumpkins, even berries off a bush wont work?! last time i checked pumpkin was a fruit so why isn't it working. lol bug maybe Lofter??

Any edible* tree fruit, grapes, most edible berries (some work, some don't). Other than grapes, there aren't any general "farming" fruits. You have to grow trees/shrubs.

Pumpkins aren't a fruit, or at least squash and gourds are generally considered vegetables.

*edit: never tried bird cherries or crab apples.

incorrect. they are fruits. "generally considered" needs to take into account that generally, people dont bother learning what words actually mean.
