tame a horse is same as any other animal
leash horse with a rope. tame horse by using rope on a 'hitching post'. animals do not despawn when on hitching post
after about rl 20-26hours the horse will take an aggressive stance, this is the time to tame it, should last about 8hours and if you miss it, the taming points will decrease. miss it twice and the animal will disappear
attack the horse but make sure to change fighting to 'peace' in the top right -extremely important so you don't kill it
the yellow number shown should increase by 20 every time you win, at 100 the animal will be domesticated

i tamed a horse at 45ua with boulders, which is a bit of 'cheesing'. they have high agility and about 300hp threshold, so use a sword or high damage moves and count up to 280 or so and slowly increase from there. they are a tad strong

wild animals despawn after about 5m of loneliness. many animals 'reset' after 5-10m allowing for another clover
