MM and Wine

Postby uncleseano » Sun Apr 02, 2017 4:08 pm

Two Qs:

1. How long does wine take, the wiki says 5 days. I set an alarm both in game and out for 120 hours but my Demijon still contains only Grapejuice and

2. What Markmanship levels are good for the various different ranged weapons?

3. Does a food trough affect animals through walls/fences?

Put the wine in Barrel. Food Trough effects animals through fences. And don't bother with marksmanship.

Guess ya didn't read the one about the wine properly. Is the wiki wrong? My grapejuice is still in the demijon and it's more than 5 days.

What's wrong with MM?

MM is too weak to be used and softcaps the hides. A demijohn will keep the wine/grape juice in the state that it's in, a barrel will turn the grape juice into wine.

just wait longer, putting it in a barrel will preserve its state >.>

Grape juice->wine->vinegar
Stale grape juice -> vinegar

Each stage takes 1 week in a demijohn. Put in a barrel when finished.

So Mr Punchers is wrong or trolling?

I have it in a demijon and was going off the wiki that said it takes 5 days and then you have 5 hours to barrel it before it goes stale

w9 i made wine, it took about a week to turn grapejuice->wine then it was wine for a few days, it turned to vinegar inside the demijohn sadly

i thought wine only lasted in a glass bottle requiring cork, i don't think i ever tried a barrel it in w9 lol

You can only get stale grape juice from fresh grape juice, by leaving it in the press or a bucket (possibly barrel? i don't think so) for a few hours.

Only purpose of stale juice is faster vinegar.
