[ANSWERED] Smelter Quality Modification

Put some ore into a smelter I built. Ore was Q10 Iron Ochre (Yes, I know.) and I ran it hoping to get discoveries. Got gneiss, all of which was Q10.

My understanding is that the Q36 smelter and Q24 fuel (Yes, I know.) should've spit out Q20 product?

Does that only apply to bars or did I waste my best clay making the bricks for the smelter?

nah, rocks will = the q of your ore, bars will use the smelter formula
