can i use sublime portico with red handed?

so i found another forgoten place and has a sublime portico and i was thinking in giving home to their animals as many are about to die

but i am not sure if i will be able to use their sublime portico to my charter stone if i am red handed?

In case you want to teleport home with animmals: leash them and port to your fire.

when i leash them that wont count as stealing? and will i be able teleport back even when i cant? i mean the place is forgoten but the claim is still active

Oh, overlooked the 'red handed' part which prevents teleportation.

You could move them off the claim, into a cave or burrow for example so they won't run away, and come back after an hour to port with them.
