Villager permissions

So im curious about how to setup permissions for village members, wich ones should they have and not have?

Normally villagers would have Tresspass, Theft, Vandal, Rummaging permissions set. If you want them to set pclaims then add in "Claim Private Land". To prevent griefing by outside parties, you can make sure they don't have "Party Permissions" highlighted.
