I have two questions:
  1. Which animal gives it?
  2. Are there skill requirements for it?
The information on the wiki appears to be innacurate.

I have it, only killed ants/fox/badger/wolvering/boar/deer.

i got it from a badger. if youre weak and cant kill badgers, try to scare a fox into its agro range, and as soon as they start fighting just pound on the back of the badgers skull. the AI is so bad hell ignore you completely for the fox that couldnt possibly kill him by itself.
