Weird mask artifact?

Hi guys i found this in the wild, can anyone tell me what it does? Cant seem to find anything about it

It's a ancestral shrine , used for honoring your ancestors if you died and didn't bury the body :D

how i craft that? i read something about that thing is the only way to "cry" old ancestors and stuff like that
