Does anything with tanning tubs and drying racks increase speed?

Nope.

Most people just have a lot of them (after a couple rounds you have more hides/leather than you need). I have 15ish of each for a village that does very little hunting and it's plenty.

I think Drying Rack quality increase speed since last world.

Q10 drying rack takes 100% time to dry a hide

Q60 is hours faster.

I havent done real testing (someone should)

but i know drying racks decrease drying time by a LOT
