How do i drain water fast from barrels and cistern? Takes ages to use a bucket

Well, from cisterns you make barrels, drain, destroy the barrel. From barrels you destroy the barrel.

Would be nice if there was some hotkey combo like Ctrl+Rclick enpties the barrel/cistern with a timer.
