Hunger Bar Specification

Is there a way to reduce Hunger Bar quickly, except Salt?
I feel I will be reduced soon by work(crop farming)
is that misunderstood?

Salt and quests are the only way to improve your hunger bonuses to eating other than waiting it out. It's approximately 1 day at 100%, 3 days at 200% to go from 100 to 0.

Higher Q scythe will reduce the stamina drain. Higher symbel on table will reduce hunger gained. Best energy to hunger ratio I've found is "Cone Gruel" or "Rat on a Stick" which give 250% energy per 1% hunger.

Hunger isn't affected by stamina use anymore.

The effects of regenerating energy are a important effect. (I realize what you meant, but clarifying anyway)

Well, if you have more than one character around, it's definitely better to split the dumb labor up between as many as you can. If you have alts that you don't care about grinding the attributes up on, the hunger level has absolutely no meaning, and thus it merely becomes the most energy producing foods for the labor into making them.

If you're playing solo and care that much about efficiency, best to factor in FEP gains with that, too, because not much point in eating a bunch of rats and frogs that will produce little to no attributes mid game and later. Even early game once you get past 20-30 required FEPs, they start losing their appeal from the total lack of FEP gains (other than as a variety food).

Also going to note I took a look at the wiki article and made a couple corrections (old information from w8-9) and added a section about the Symbel bonus from eating from a proper table setting. http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Hunger

Also note that I flubbed and wiki says it's approximately 4 days to drain 100% at the 2x bonus level

I remembered the quest now
But boring

I capture a bear and a walrus and wait for Hunger to decrease

I eat 3 meat pies, one for the status
Keep it with Hunger 90 ~ 200%

Cheese is rare
When only eating cheese 200 - 300%

Rather than wait without doing anything, I think that it is efficient to acquire a lot of food get and eat a lot

thx ppl
