HELP! Cannot open the game!

So, I heard about this game and thought it looked amazing! I decided to try, and when I download it, the game would not open when I double clicked the downloaded file. Anyone, please help! I have not had this issue before.

1. Make sure you have the newest version of Java installed.

2. Make sure you have the correct version of Java. (If your system is 64-bit, make sure you have 64-bit Java installed instead of 32-bit.)

cant play on mobile either (or at least most mobiles) java usually the issue it seems thou i had wrong java for awhile still chould play default client (unless something changed) if can get to log in screen but cant advance chould be weak internet lol i struggle with my internet alot so i cant get past login at its worse

no thay work fine im just lazy and not all that smart lol i type like i ate paint chips as a kid

and btw those are issues iv helped other with, only reason i mentioned it lol
