Clear Cave-in debris?

I have been mining a lot recently, and the place where i am mining very often has cave-ins. I have died many times, but this time, my body is stuck between 2 pieces of cave in debris. I can mine around them, but the game is not letting me, for some reason, and just keeps glitching me out.
So, I have decided to try and get my body, but I can't get to it, as my character is probably too big. Is there any way to move or destroy, or at lease reduce the size of the cave-in debris? I am completely certain there is no way, but I am just asking since it is my only choice, and there might be a way to glitch the game or destroy the rocks

Use Adventure>destroy on the boulders.
