(if im understand correct: 15% of ancestor at start + 6% each use numen magic, max 15%+45%)

No more than 15 every time, as I recall. You don't need all at once. Collected - used. If it's not enough, then it will be written below how much more is needed.

Yes, I read this. But more than 15 every time I didn't spend. The first time, it seems to be 7. And then 11 or 14 or something like that. It seems like 14 were all subsequent times.
