Leather
Wool
Milk
Stone
Feathers
String (Hemp/Flax)
Hay
Metal (Tin/Copper)
Bone

So far I'm farting out Straw Dolls, Feather Trinkets, Abacus' and Still Lifes.

Still have tons of junk Q stuff I wanna melt through

Rattle tattles, teddy bears

no righteous man raises his hand against the innocent,
a man need only strike another to make him evil."

Not sure if the dairy penalty is worth it to you, but milk is one of the bonus drinks. Depends on how much cheese you make and eat, I guess.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Drink satiations are trivial to reset at the moment. If you have a healthy supply of all 4 you can juggle them as needed.

@ OP

Leather: Dunno actually, nothing useful I can think of. I just try to manage production output.
Wool: Seers spindles? If you have extra you can make cloth which goes into quite a few useful curios
Stone: Stockpile>destroy? You get an insane amount of stone mining so there's no reason to keep extra.
Feathers: Trinkets I guess (annoyingly short to run imo)? Yet again you get an oversupply so I just nuke them in stockpiles.
String/hay: Straw dolls are nice. Hay can be used for fodder too I believe. Cloth is used in several curios so it's pretty easy to use up.
Metal: Tin you can always oversupply and run out of stuff to do with. Copper makes seer's bowls and bronze makes steeds. Seers bowls will definitely nuke your extra copper fast.
Bone: Seers bones are a pain in the ass to run, but good. Bone glue is my favoured option but you run out of things to build eventually.

I think the honest solution to your problem is to let some resources decay if you don't need them. You seem to be suffering from the horder syndrome haven encourages. Do a little purging man.
Lucky: haven is so quirky
Lucky: can be so ugly, can be so heartwarming
Sevenless: it is life

Tin nuggets can be made into wooden chests to help you keep hoarding and ignore Sevenless' good advice.

Tin bars go into mining supports to help you get more tin.

Bronze and Tin can make abacus which is good where I'm at, anyway.

Stone is good for pixel art projects or build yourself a tower. I'd seriously just chuck it, though.
Leather: Leather cloth eats a fair bit of this. Use it where you'd use other cloth (bouquets, for example), and it'll save your hemp and flax fibers for something more useful.

#Gardenshedmasterrace

On that general note. You can pave with metal bars. Go pave a small wasteland with tin to really confuse the heck out of noobs.
