How to declaim stake claim?

When im click on "Revoke a privilege" i see [This plot precedes yours].

Someone know how to do this?

Siege engine or wrecking ball.
You can't force declaim claims older than your village anymore.

It's not just the village claim overall, but the age of the personal claim vs that section of the village that is over the personal claim. Thus, you can't expand over a personal claim to revoke it, even with an older village claim, if that personal claim wasn't founded on a section of a village claim already.
