So honestly, this is a tad bit confusing.
What exactly changed in the materials of fishing lures?
I've gotten pretty much everything discovered and every skill bought by now, yet I don't have any lure recipies ready for crafting.

Do I need to craft a Primitive Casting-Rod before these pop up, or am I missing something new that's been introduced?
