Stuck inside claim on hearthfire

Hello Haven and hearthers, I'm fairly new to the game I have been playing for a couple of weeks. I made the newb/ dumb mistake of not investing skills in yeomanry early on and long story short one of my hearthlings are now stuck at his hearthfire, on what is now someone else's claim. Fair enough, I didn't protect it, but is there a way to get that particular hearthling off and settle down on a new claim or is he gone?

I don't have the LP on him to get trespassing/yeomanry and he doesn't have any curios left on him. The hearthfire is INSIDE someone else's land.
