But if i store my stuff in it will it disappear later?

The question is not specific enough. Without a claim, your things can be stolen. If under the claim, then they can be stored. In one lair I saw even three cupboards that have been standing for many months. But I can't guarantee that your cupboards will not disappear. And I can't predict what will happen to the lairs in the next patch.

Okay that helps a lot, one more question, if i place a claim outside my lair can people enter the lair then and does the claim extend from the outside into the lair?

If the claim is outside, then it extends to the den inside too. If I'm not mistaken, the lair now is a cellar.
Logging into the den is possible if the claim is without a fence and/or criminal actions are used (just like in a house, for example).
