Woodsman's Axe

I need help with crafting a Woodsman's Axe I have all the items discovered not sure if I am missing a skill?

it specifically has to be 'block of oak' as no other blocks will work
2 hard metal, 1 tin, and two blocks of 'oak'

Chop and split and oak, and take a bronze/cast and tin out of a smelter. Also i have a feeling it may take druidic rite.

someone on hedgehug discord said he didn't get the option to craft until he had woodsmanship... mightve been the one after 'foresty' but i'm pretty sure it's woodsmanship
