Cigars?

Someone tried to smoke them and see what they do? Prolly they give a bonus like tobacco, i think...also, they showed up with 15 "charges" for me, do they change their LP if i smoke them partially?

i tried them a few days ago. each charge gave me 15% of 'smoke & fire' buff. but about 5% was wasted inbetween puffs. took me 10 charges to get to 100% 'smoke & fire'. not sure how much stats it gave but psy and int definitely went up and agility went down. i didn't really test the stat part

no real difference between a cigar and pipe stuff as far as i could tell
the charges didn't affect the lp gain. i still think 100xp is a tad expensive for a curio under 24hrs

ah, cool, so prolly ql-wise the cigars gives more buff than pipeweed, as a curio i find it worthy enough, as they're very fast to study but have a large lp/hour ratio.
