Can't Craft Opium?

I just harvested poppy pods, dried them on a table, discovered the dried pod, ground it into grist, but didn't unlock the option to craft opium. Not sure what I'm missing here. I have presumably all related skills.

Help!

Boil it in a cauldron like you do eggs.
