I have been given a quest "Visit Tyring" My instructions are "visit Tyring." What the heck is Tyring?

It's the name of a quest giver, a spirit in the shape of a tree or rock. When you have the quest selected (by clicking it in your character window, a tree icon/arrow will point you in the direction of it.

Do be aware that it might be hard to get to it without a boat or finding a river small enough to swim over.
