Yep, just click the link.... and then spend much frustrating time waiting for it to load and re-load every time you scroll or try to change the view. It is a BIG file. It's not a map of Odditown and environs. That's just a name from the person who compiled it.

Try opening map in Internet Explorer 11, it has great optimization.
