How do I find my friend.

We have been searching for eachother for 2 hours using the arrows and have still no met up, is there a way for people to teleport when they are in the same kin?

Hi, first post

So my friends already have an account and a character. How can we all meet up without having to travel for hours - which we have currently been doing, which isn't fun. Things I've tried:

Wilderness Beacon: I have the carpentry skill but can't see the wilderness beacon anywhere in the build menu.
Skull At Creation Area: We rather not have to make new characters but if we must we must, however the skull asks for the name of a Charter Stone which from what I understand I can't build so this is no good.
Hearth Fire: Tried going to new hearth fire to see if we would all meet up but we just went to our own.

So is there really no system in this MMO to allow friends to meet up easily?

The easiest thing you can do is: for your friends to create a new char, and for you to have all the prerequisites that the Wilderness beacon require.
If you look here http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Wilderness_Beacon, you see it requires carpentry, and you also have to discover all the ingredients, clay, wood and so on.
It's pretty easy, clay digging in water, board you need to make a bone saw.
Build that thing, insert a password and tell it your friend.
This game requires some effort, that's why is so good.
