By this quest i need to visit "Gwenlung". How do i do that? I followed the mark at the side of my screen, but noone at the endpoing. :(

Are you sure? Gwenlung is a sacred tree or a boulder, they dont look different from normal ones -- right click on them and select "Visit".

When they get on screen, the arrow will point at their position. Right click the tree to talk to it as you would doing anything else. If the arrow is just pointing at blank ground (or the tree/rock under the arrow isn't giving you an option to interact with it), then the spirit is on a level below you, and you need to go down at least one level.

Do note that if you're using the free cam, you need to set it to the default orthographic settings to follow quest arrows. Use :cam ortho (I believe Amber has an option setting to turn it on or off.)
