The autohaven.jnlp is only a set of directions on what to download from where. You shouldn't need to download a second time if you got this error, but it won't hurt if you save it again from the website, either. If you keep getting the error message, I suggest you either plug your computer in via Ethernet instead of WiFi, find a different router to connect to (in case you're using public Internet or a connection at school or work), or reset/restart your router or modem that you use to connect to the Internet.
Worst case scenario: you have hardware issues you should have checked. Run your operating system's maintenance utilities. On Windows, this is Scandisk and Defrag. Open File Explorer, open "This PC" right click your primary hard drive, and select "Properties." In the Properties window, select the "Tools" tab. There should be two options. One will be "Error Checking" and the other is "Optimize and defragment drive." Run both of this in that order. (Note: Error checking will require administrative access to the drive. You may need to provide the admin password or log out and back in as administrator to perform this.) These both usually run in the background when the computer isn't being used, but sometimes you have to run manually. If either of these steps don't work, you may have other problems that may need diagnosis.
