Hi all,
excuse for my poor english, try to describe the problem,
i have set a little claim some weeks ago and this works perfectly until now, a few days ago a village was founded on the previous claim and all works, suddenly while I'm playing, if I try to get into that piece "that land is owned by someone" appear?
within this little piece there are of course 2 major towers, the other hearthlings that is lawspeaker can't declaim "this plot precedes yours " .
Please help me i don't know if it's a bug

Most likely you lost your 'Bond of Blood and Soil' and someone studied it, gaining ownership of the personal claim.

How can I do it to destroy claim pole,
claim is small but includes a part of the palisade?

You'll need a wrecking ball, setup so it'll wreck the claim. After it settled you'll need to take down the claim shield with it, then you can directly use it to remove the stake. Vandalism will be needed and you'll be outlawed.

For future reference, if you ever lose your bond, you can use the claim totem to destroy the current bond and create a new one. Of course, you need to do this before the claim ownership it taken away (96 hours).
