empty all milk from a curding tub

Postby hazzor » Sun Nov 26, 2017 1:07 am

so sometimes curding tubs will display empty while still having say 0.05l of cows milk or something along those lines, which means when you add some sheep milk it turns to generic milk, and as such produces generic curds, which are useless.

is there a way to un-ruin a tub that's like this or will it forever contain generic milk?
Oh boy, here I go cheesemaking again...

break it unless you want a lot of gouda.

You just have to keep good track of which are cow and sheep vats at the moment.

Just keep cow milk and tubs in one place and sheep in another, the little wooden signs come in handy too, imprint one with a cow hide and one with a sheep, or something relevant to each species.
