Invisible barter stand items

do we know which items specifically dont show on barter stands? I was creating my little market area and I noticed that quite a few of the items didnt show on the stand itself, but were still available for purchase. I'll be frank, I wouldnt typically walk up to a stand if it were empty looking, and I believe im having this same issue now.

ruby dragonfly
stag beetle
ladybug
Monarch Butterfly

these I have found dont even show on the stand, by which I mean an animation on the table of the stand. are there more? feel like this is just worth mentioning.

Split off to its own thread. I don't have any information here, but I'm going to guess only a few people have a complete list. I think it might be a good idea for this to be consolidated together as a single thread.

not that its invisible, but I cant put Cheese trays as a purchasable item on the barter stand.
