Chip x Marble

So I am currently working on the Quarryman Credo and I have searched about 50 different caves and I have prospected over 500 different spots and still no marble has been found.

How do I get this quest done quicker or can I just skip it?

I thought marble was more common in the lower (4,5) levels of the map. I might be full of shit though.

Pretty sure I had marble in my L1 cave mine... or least one area of it.

You may want to make a post on Apples for Oranges about buying a marble boulder. Some people are blessed with them, or have found ways to extract massive amounts of them (house with cellar over marble node) to be used for buildings/streets.

Yeah I did in mine too, but, you do get a lot of it in boulder form on the lower levels as Ricky said.

Marble exists on the surface and in abundance in some areas. If you travel far enough you will find some. The one you will have difficulty with is hornblende which doesn't seem to exist as a boulder, for that you would have to either build a house over a hornblende node and mine out the cellar or destory one of those stone pillar things and get lucky.

I've found hornblende as a boulder on the surface... again, it's all randomly spawned regionally.
