Flax, Hemp, Pipeweed, Poppy, Pumpkin, Carrots ,Beetroot, Yellow Onion Red onion, Lettuce Wheat, Barley
crop on trellis
Pea, Cucumber, Hops, Pepper, Grapes.

Domestic Animals
Horses, Cow/bull, Sheep, Pigs
Chicken, Rabbit

Can a village Totem be build underground?
How about a charter stone? (wiki says it cant be build underground, but i am just curious if it still is so)

Is the ring of brodgar wiki slow because it is hosted in USA and the net neutrality just died there?

There's a list of crops on the wiki. Looks accurate to me, though.

You can build it anywhere, but you can only expand the village downward. (Build an expansion directly under an existing part of the village.)

I'll leave it to someone else to answer about the charter correclty, but I'm pretty sure it is still above ground only since it is a means of spawning new characters.
