Highest energy food & More

Postby Xhodan » Tue Dec 26, 2017 5:16 pm

As the title states, what is the highest energy food with the least amount of hunger?

Also, I was wondering. Is it possible to have one character that can perform multiple tasks? Or is there a hardcap to the amount of LP I can get and skills?

Check out the FEP table on the wiki. You can sort by different columns. http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/FEP_Table There isn't a specific energy/hunger there, but it's not hard to spot the high energy, low hunger foods. Some may be more available to you than others. I believe Rat on a Stick is still considered one of the best, easily available energy foods.

No, there is no limit to stats. Be advised that it is a permadeath game, and several mechanics can make it harder to make a "jack of all trades" character.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Right I'm aware it's permadeath. Just so happens to be one of the main reasons why I'm playing haha.

You say other mechanics, are you referring to how FEP works and attribute leveling?

To make everything well with one character you have to level up all stats of it.
All of these have time limitors on them. You can only study limited amount of curios and eat limited amount of food. (If you dont have salt & ice)
Thus, leveling up all of your attributes evenly makes it slower than just focusing on few things and making multiple characters.

If you're feeding a wood chopping ground levelling slave grasshoppers (roasthopper) are 700% energy for 2% hunger- among the highest for a basic forageable food.

I like Seedcrisp flatbreads for keeping my energy up. 500 energy for 2% hunger and all it takes is flour water and seeds.

Yeah, roasthopper is probably the best and easiest energy food to make.
