Hey!

Do I need to plough the ground under Trellis to grow grapes?

I've planted them like 5-6 days ago on Trellis standing on grass and nothing is happening :/

it's not required to plow, I'm sure they grow on dirt ... idk about paved land

I grow all my trellis crops on paved ground fine.
Total misplay.

Trellis crops do not need to be plowed.

Some trellis crops do receive the benefits of a beehive. I don't recall if grapes do.

IIRC, it takes a week to ten days to get the first grapes in, maybe two weeks at the long end. Once the vines are grown, grapes come in every few days. I'm unsure as to the "growth time node" effects on grapes.
