is auto drink auto on vanilla

i use to play amber but some changes to my comp made it not work ever not even before updates

so i just play vanilla (i play for fun so it dont bother me as much as it does to many)

but i accidenttly droped a water skin



now do i how to reset the auto drink? in vanilla

Not totally sure but I think you need to have the water skin on your hotbar for that, try to drag it there.

I appreciate the question here, I didn't realize I could just stick it on my hotbar. I imagine there are a lot of things like that, but I guess I'm a bit of a masochist (e.g. I prefer vanilla client)
