You can try maybe this site: http://itsalmo.st/. You will need to share many link if you have many timer, so it is maybe a bit cumbersome for using. But at least you can share it.

Alternate is maybe you can take free email service and schedule some email to go out at specify times to all of your village mate to remind them. This has benefit of probable available on their mobile phone too.

I am looking for something that can be shared between different people in a village.
as an example we would have 13 different timers for crop, each 5h.
Once someone planted the crop they start the timer for that specific crop, and everyone in the village can view the timer when ever they like.

Yeah its annoying that there are lot of timer websites or such but like all of them suck.
Making a fancy one where you could list multiple timers in one page that you could share with a link and change/add/remove timers interactively so it syncs with everyone elses page open, requires some effort, but might be an interesting project.
To save on server load you could just list all the things in the url and read them with javascript or such, though syncing some stuff like that server side probably does not require that much processing.
