localized resources

I was under the impression we couldn't set up a claim over these resources. I found 3 of them claimed in the last couple of days either PC or village claims.

Village claims can be placed. Personal claims are "limited" in that they can't go far enough over to actually claim them.

afaik you don't leave scents and can take with the visitor debuff with the world resources. i know the scent bit is true but idk about the visitor buff 100%

You leave scents when taking localized resources on a village claim.
