Safe Hafen

Hello, I played the old 2D Haven some years back but had to quit for personal reasons.
I downloaded the game just yesterday and I've been studying odditowns world map, and it seems to be the case that larger villages and bases are present basically everywhere.
I'm one of those people who wants to lead a hermits life, at least semi-far away from other towns and nations.

So my question is, does the game-world end where odditowns map ends? If not then roughly how much bigger is it???
I don't wanna treck out halfway accross the world only to be greeted by an invisible wall. Would appreciate the help ^^

I will expect that world is old enough now that what is on map is what is in world. There have been some talk of expanding of map, but I think your face may be very blue if you do withold breath for this one. However, map tile is maybe not complete up to date, many of these town you see on here may be abandon.

Alright then, I'll just have to settle somewhere and pray. Thanks!

There may have been some discussion from players, but there hasn't been anything from the devs about a world expansion or a reset.

Definitely. And to add, there are a lot of villages/settlements that are not visible on the map. It's only as up to date as the players update submissions.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

A map expansion is something that we're considering from time to time. Thus far it just hasn't really felt motivated, though.
