About Animal Q

I have more survival than the animal I butcher.
The Q of my axe is higher than that of the animal.
It shows the animal Q is 10, but I only get ~Q2 out of it.
How?

Also I hunted bears and moose. Their quality was all around 10.
Is this normal now that such big animals go so low in quality?
Maybe a new factor that caps the Q or am I just unlucky with animal nodes?

Another question: Does quality of tamed animals decrease from hungering over long periods?
I found some dead tamed animals and their quality was not the same as inspected either.

farm animals are butchered using the farming attribute, so if your farming is two, then you arent going to be getting the full qa of the meat

Any amount of the starvation meter missing lowers the quality down to a bottom of half the given quality of the animal.
