Need Help Destroying my House!

I just realized I cannot destroy my old stone-stead house that I made(Weeks ago, full soak I imagine)....I did some wiki research and figure I need a minimum of 80 strength to even scratch the thing with a pickaxe...

-My STR is 36
-I don't have access to a sledgehammer(or steelmaking)

Is my best option trying to make a wreckingball??? I have some brimstone, should I make a ram instead?? I have a partner who also has approx the same strength as me if that matters.

I need to destroy my old house because it's in the way of where I need to build my palisade!!

What is my best way to remove the house?? I already emptied it out

Is anybody friendly hearthling out there willing to destroy it for me if I give them permission or assist me with ideas?

set wreaking ball and wait till its rdy i think 24 hours is the timer its prob best way for ya

Hint on the wrecking ball: it'll deploy 180° rotated when you just put it down, you'll have to rotate it prior to placing it (known, reported and, as of today, ignored bug). Setup correctly it'll display a 'wreck' option (that will complain that it isn't ready yet), should that be missing the wrecking ball dosn't have a valid target.

You can also tell your coordinates and somebody will for sure come to destroy it!
But he might also destroy something else, so be careful!
