There are tons of VPNs out there you can access. The problem is, many will also be firewalled off from networks, too. The free ones aren't stable or fast enough for gaming generally (though you can try... Google is your friend here). The good ones are subscriber based from a few dollars a month up. You'll likely need to give a few a go, and there's very much a chance of being noticed depending on how well network traffic is monitored.
You might be able to bounce off your home system via tunneling, too. Either way, you may need system permissions to access the utilities needed to set either of these up, which you might not be able to get.
Best suggestion: save school for school, and play for at home. I was a juvenile delinquent myself, and know the desire to keep yourself occupied during the day.
