This should never do any good as the password files are typically encrypted so that nobody other than the computer can read them. If a system admin says that it will help, don't do it. It's a phishing scam. The admins should never be able to access the password files without hacking the system.

As a tip: you can usually use the same email for multiple accounts. Usually only games that explicitly put this in the rules block it, and then it is usually considered cheating.
