Preventing/Healing Coaler's Cough

Postby Maba » Fri Mar 30, 2018 1:11 am

Hello everyone,

I've been mining black coal and I encountered a new wound, which is not listed in the wiki: Coaler's Cough. I searched the forum, but found no mentions.

Does anyone know, how to heal it? Also, maybe there's a way to prevent it, like, wearing a mask or something.

Thanks.

UPD
Noticed it to heal really slowly by itself, however, I'm still interested if there is a medicine.

This is usually all the more we get. For the most part, the community likes the mystery. The devs pretty much force it on us, anyway.

If there's a prevention, no information has been given about it. There's only one mask currently in the game, the Bandit's Mask.

As far as the wiki, it is unofficial and is player maintained. Since this was just out yesterday, and no information on it, not much will get added until we know the details.

Is this the first wound to give a buff? That's a super interesting idea

Emm, are you sure? I think there's also druid's mask and new goat one. Also, not sure boreworm mask is called mask, but since it take eq1r slot, technically, it's a mask too, and if something can prevent coalers caugh, what I greatly doubt, II bet on this one, because it also ''miner's stuff'' (based both on bonus and area of ingredients harvest)

I need to take some time to play a bit more seriously for a few months. There's getting to be enough new things here and there I'm forgetting about them. (Means I'm going to have to find someone to play with because I REALLY hate dealing with livestock management. That and managing steel crucibles.)

Opium heals it.
