Terrible Lag

Okay. So I've never had really any issues with running H&H at a decent fps until just recently. I dont know what changed? Is anybody else experiencing the same issue? Any ideas on how to fix it?

framerates--check your computer
lag--check your network and service provider

Without more information, there's not much more help that I or anyone can give.
