Tar Kiln is giving off crazy colors

Not sure what is going on with my tar kiln, my other one isn't doing it. Never seen this before so not sure what to make of it, can't click it or anything.

I think it's some sort of graphics glitch, that apparently hasn't been fixed, at least not for all systems:
