It was gotten rid of for the Nidbanes. The summoning mechanic was a bit... unbalanced.

edit: I did flag the page as outdated... I'll let someone that has a better strategy for the wiki figure out what to do with it (and how to tidy it up for the Legacy section).

Summoning was replaced with criminal characters staying in game until the "Outlaw" debuff wears out. HAs been like taht since beginning of w8 (hafen).
