Do cellars count as "Inside" when making Brodgar Blue Cheese

you need to move it. A cellar is not the same as inside a building.

"Cabin" just means inside any building but NOT in its cellar.

The stages/levels of cheese are:

Inside(any floor of any type of house accept for cellar)
outside
cellar
mine(level makes no difference, although that would be cool.)
